July 24: Brown Belt Kata Seminar - Tekki Shodan!
Kyoshi Haynes will be teaching the Brown Belt Kata of the Month, Tekki Shodan, on Saturday, July 24 from 10:00 - 11:30 am. All Brown and Black Belts are encouraged to attend. Under Brown Belts may also attend with special permission from Kyoshi Haynes. The cost of this seminar is only $20 for the first family member, $15 for the second, $10 for the third, and $5 for the fourth. Please sign up at the front desk!

July 31: The Rocky Mountain State Games Traditional Karate Tournament
Kyoshi Haynes and the Family Karate Center will be hosting the Rocky Mountain State Games Traditional Karate Tournament on this day.

August, 2010

August 4-5: Belt Test
The Family Karate Center will be holding Belt Testings on these two days. Please sign up at the front desk and make sure you get your stripes!

August 13-15: MYB Elite Training Clinics - Colorado Springs!
Kyoshi Haynes and the Family Karate Center will be hosting the Third Annual Colorado MYB Elite Training Clinics on this weekend! Click here for more information!

August 28: Brown Belt Kata Seminar - Tokumine No Kun Dai!
Kyoshi Haynes will be teaching the Brown Belt Kata of the Month, Tokumine No Kun Dai, on Saturday, August 28 from 10:00 - 11:30 am. All Brown and Black Belts are encouraged to attend. September, 2010

September 3-6: CLOSED (Labor Day)
The Family Karate Center will not be having classes on these days in observance of Labor Day.

September 11: Inter-Club Karate Tournament
The Family Karate Center will be hosting an Inter-Club Karate Tournament on this day.

September 18: Belt Test Review
Kyoshi Haynes will be conducting belt test reviews on this day in preparation of the belt test scheduled during the following week. The karate-tot review will be from 9:00 - 9:45 and the review for everyone else will be from 10:00 - 11:30 am. There is no charge for these sessions.

September 18: Black Belt Pretest
The Family Karate Center will be holding its semiannual Black Belt Pretest on this day. The pretest will begin at 1:00 and will last two hours.

September 22-23: Belt Test
The Family Karate Center will be holding Belt Testings on these two days. Please sign up at the front desk and make sure you get your stripes!

October, 2010

The Family Karate Center not be having classes, but will host the After-Thanksgiving Day SALE!

Kyoshi Haynes will be teaching the "12 Techniques of Christmas" on Thursday, December 23 at 7:00pm. All students of the dojo are invited to come in and train!

December 24-25: CLOSED (Christmas)
The Family Karate Center will not be having classes on these days in observance of Christmas.
